A Cribb Score out of 100: location, price against the local market, amenities and how completely it's listed. Once a landlord has reviews, their reputation and repair record count too.

The one thing we can't claim yet is volume. We launched this year, and there are more places posted in the usual places than there are here. That part only changes as students and landlords move over.
