Every listing carries a Cribb Score out of 100. Pin your shortlist, line places up side by side, and book viewings from the landlord's real availability.
The score weights are the real ones: location 40%, price against the local market 30%, amenities 20%, listing completeness 10%. Once a landlord has reviews, their record counts too.
Landlords upload government ID and proof of ownership before anything of theirs goes live. Students sign in with a @uoguelph.ca email.
Your surname is never shown publicly. You appear as your first name and last initial. Reports on listings, posts and items go to a queue a human works through.
Fill in a compatibility profile, then organise the friends you have, or find the housemates you don't, ranked by how well you'd actually live together.
It works both directions: groups browse individual students, and individuals browse groups that already have a place lined up. If an invite link gets passed around, rotate it and the old one dies.

Under 3 reviews a listing is scored on the property alone. At 3 reviews the landlord's record starts counting, and at 5 it carries equal weight.
